A River Runs Through Us

A cool breezy day, sun shining, sailboats passing as readers shared their stories, memories, poetry to a receptive audience of 70 persons—a full house, each plate claimed. "A glorious day," was how one of our writers described the event.

On August 24, at the Captains' Quarters Riverside Grille, The Boom Project sponsored a "lunch launch" for Louisville Boom Project writers and their readers, including writers from the sunny side of the Ohio River (aka Indiana). The editors plan to travel the length of the Ohio River, and beyond to places where former river town dwellers have moved. Because wherever we go, the river runs through us!
